Doing dumbells exercise is important if you want to build a solid well-proportioned physique. There is nothing better to help you build symmetry and to strengthen your core stabilizer muscles. When you use dumbbells you call into play these stabilizer muscles that will allow you to continually get stronger and in turn be able to lift more weight. If you aren’t using dumbbells then you are neglecting one of the best exercises for overall fitness and strength.
Everybody has different goals when they first start to workout. Some will do it to get big while others do it to get toned and in shape. The dumbells exercise is going to feel very awkward at first until you get used to balancing the weight. With each successive workout it will become easier to handle the weight and you can then begin to add weight accordingly. Don’t compare the weight to the weight you lift with a barbell because you will not be able to lift the same amount of weight. It is easier to balance the weight with a barbell and therefore allows you to lift more weight. You will get stronger in the long run by using dumbells exercise because of the ancillary muscles being strengthened during the workout.
If you are right handed then generally your right hand will be stronger than the left because you use that hand much more than the weaker hand. By implementing a dumbells exercise program you begin to strengthen the less dominant hand or body part. The results will be great in terms of symmetry and overall physique.
It will not happen over night so you need to be patient and accept that change is not always easy. Many will get frustrated and stop Using Dumbells exercise because it is too hard. Do not give up. This is by far one of the best things you can do to get a rock hard physique. Become strong in your mind and you will become strong in your body.
