In every gym, there are several youths who are trying desperately to build some muscle. In schools today, especially colleges and universities, some teenagers and young men and women are finding a balance between their class work and social lives to attend a workout session regularly.

They are lifting heavy poundage with the resilience it takes to be masters in this field. Here are the chosen few who will definitely defy the odds and preserve a heritage so rich in honor. Here, in these gyms all over the world, are the promise of a body building future. These young bloods resolute in attaining the highest accolades in the halls of fame, are the selected few who will take body building into the Olympics soon. These are the next generation of warriors who must bring the love and acceptance of body building as a lifestyle to every door of every family in the world.

And where their fathers failed, these young ones will succeed. They will turn body building into a passion. They will crush the anabolic steroids market into a trivial, they will bankrupt the exploitative supplements industry, they must uplift sexual purity, they will shield the beloved sport from exploits of wrestling federations, they will marshal courage against the decay of morals in the industry, they must uphold an amiable character and a reputation without reprove. These few will make it worth to train hard and natural. These few but determined youths, will motivate their peers and their children too, to fight obesity, cardiac complications, diabetes, overweight problems and the score of other medical crises that beguile our youths today. These few will initiate a campaign against drug abuse, gang violence and juvenile delinquency by channeling the energy of youth into the weight rooms, aerobics stadiums and sports centers. These youths carry the dream of our tomorrow, the hope of the globe.

That is why they must be encouraged. The older members of those gyms where several youths are, must take the responsibility of mentoring them to stardom. Champion body builders must take on the social duty. The youths must be shown how to workout efficiently. They must be taught how to exercise, how to diet and how to remain consistently true to the training program. They must be natured. They must be encouraged. They must be motivated. Whatever else is done, these youths who have stood up and dared a body building program with a resolute determination to succeed, must be helped to do exactly that. This is urgent and crucial and we must all join hands to mentor the future talent in body building.
