    if I do only first exercise, I really got soared at my inner chest. if I do only second exercise my lower chest get soared. I HAVE TRIED by myself. So, please ask your own body. don't ask books. It is sure if you only do only bench press all the time, your chest will look like shit. That's why there are variety of chest exercises ,that's why it is called BODY BUILDING.
