NO-Xplode workout information?

hey im 17 yrs old….145 lbs and about 6 1′ or 2……i am in good shape but i want to start bulking up muscle wise. Are there any health risks i should know about this "no xplode" stuff before i use it…thanks

    Besides it’s other effects, NO-Xplode is a very powerful stimulant. Hence if you are sensitive to caffine / taurine etc it can cause you some problems. Worst are usually the "shakes" which can last for some hours – hence the directions on the box to start small doses and work up.

    BUT my advice? Leave off it for a while. NO-Xplode is great for breaking through "blocks" you can get in training after working out for a while – you know, when stuck on a weight / excercise for months.

    But your body gets used to it and it has less effect over time it’s used, so i’d wait until a major "block" in training first. In my expereince, in the next few years you have so much natuaral testosternoe floating around you don’t need anything else really, apart from a good diet. I’d wait till 21+ and at a "block" first.

    I know, advice like that is irritating! But based on experience.
