How to Really Get a Six Pack

Traing your abs doesn’t have to be hard. So many people want a great six pack but don’t know how to get it. After countless crunches and mile after mile of running they still do not get that chiseled core they want. Most people are working more than hard enough but they are putting their effort in the wrong places. Learn what really works.

The most important elements of a great six pack and weight loss and muscle growth. The truth is that you actually already have a great set of abs but they are hidden under your fat. Losing fat will reveal your strong core. Building lean muscle mass will help keep fat off as well as enhance the definition and size of your abs.

Three Tips for finally getting your six pack:

1. Limit Ab Training. That’s right most people are over training their abs. Keep you ab training to one 30 minute session a week. Focus on planks, mountain climbers, and exercise ball rolls.

2. Include more full body exercises. The two keys to abs, as mentioned earlier are burning fat and building lean muscle. Total body exercises are the most efficient way to accomplish both of these simultaneously. Squats, mountian climbers, push ups, lungs, and dead lifts are great total body exercises that you should add to your routine.

3. Interval Training. This is by far the best thing you can do to improve your abs. Interval training 2-3 times a week will ignite a fat burning furnace in your metabolism and before you know it your abs will start to pop. Basically, this type of training involves moments of high intensity followed by a brief rest. Following this protocol you will lose more weight than just steady paced cardio.
