Write everything that you eat or drink in your diary, even if you only had a bite or two. Those small bites can really make a difference when it comes to calories!
Once you have written everything that you have eaten down, it’s time to note the calories that were in everything you ate. Look over the food diary to see where you could substitute a low calorie item for a higher one. If you drink regular soda or consume a lot of sugar, this is a great place to start!
Be sure to always plan your meals ahead of time. Knowing what you are going to be eating can greatly reduce the temptation to snack on items that are not good for your fat loss.
Last, but certainly not least, you will need to incorporate exercise into your daily activities. Even the busiest schedule has time for a quick 30 minute workout, at least 3 times per week. The results will speak for themselves!
