There are a lot of us out there that dream of having a sexy set of abs. We see how people respond and look at someone with rock hard abs. People with great bodies get more attention and respect from their peers. Having a nice set of abs will give you more confidence in your everyday life.

It all goes back to what your mom and dad said when you were a child, “You can be anything you want to be”. It may sound repetitive by now, but as long as you put your mind into something, there is no reason you goals cannot be achieved. The mind is very powerful and is a reflection of your body.
If you can dedicate yourself yourself and set goals, anything is possible. Dedication is a big key to success. The correct way to obtain something you want, is to set one major goal and have subset goals. This way you can gauge yourself by taking little steps to reach what you really want.
Your major goal should be set as obtaining a six pack. From there, you will need to set small goals to reach your ultimate goal. Subset goals should include small ab workouts within the first week. If this is your first time working out your abs, you will be sore for the first couple days. Stick with your scheduled ab workouts and dedicate yourself. Keep in mind that having a great set of abs takes time and hard work.
With having great abs, comes a lot of hard work. Subset goals should be set in moderate increments. These increments should be attainable, but still while pushing your limits. Make these goals complete with details, time and dates. Make sure you are positive and motivated when starting your goals. Make review points during your ab workouts. These review points should include an assessment of your progress and any adjustments that may need to be made.
When starting out your workouts, make sure you have the motivation you need. Repetition is a main point you will need to stress during your ab workouts . To see results, there must be a strict schedule that you will need to stick with. Commitment breeds success when trying to obtain your ab workout goals.
Having a great set of abs does not take long to do. The abdomen has six different muscle groups that are associated with the visuals if a six pack. From the upper middle to lower middle groups include the epigastric, umbilical and the hypogastric. Along both sides of the abdomen are three other muscle groups which will present “love handles” if not in shape. These muscle groups are the hypochondriac, lumbar and the iliac. Making ab workouts around these muscle groups will result in a nice six pack.
Other issues that may neglect the visualization of a six pack is extra weight. If your bodies body mass index (B.M.I.) is 25 or higher, then you will need to do aerobic exercises. You may have a six pack under your stomach, but it will not show if there is another layer of flab on top of it. Doing cardiovascular exercises with a disciplinary regimen of ab workouts will give you a nice set of six pack abs in no time.

This isn’t to say that more androgynous male sex icons aren’t also fetishised (RPattz, for example), but this is still interest in a concept of adult masculinity, it’s just a different flavour.
I did a set of two pullups, the kind with your hands spread apart but the bar still goes in front of your face. I didn’t know I could even do one! I don’t think I can attempt a behind the neck pullup yet. That was only part of what I think is a really exciting discovery. And that is: the jungle gym at the park is all I need for a pretty complete body-weight strength workout. I can use it for: * pushups (I like pushups on the edge of a surface with nothing below your face.) * inclined pushups (as in, head lower than your feet) * inclined one-arm pushups (as in, hands higher that feet so it is doable — I can’t do a real one-arm pushup yet.) * any kind of pull-up * inverted rowing * one leg squats, with hands on a bar for balance * leglifts with a broadened range of motion * probably other ab workouts like hanging situps * dips with your feet on a support * real dips with your feet hanging (can’t do that yet) There are never any kids using this jungle gym on a weekday. That thing is now my personal weight room. Up until this discovery, I was using lame weight machines in the free gym at my apartment complex. I was making some progress, but I think this is going to be a big upgrade. I am reading beast skills and other links in the faq for more ideas for bodyweight workouts. I’ve only been exercising about 3 months and watching my diet somewhat about 3 weeks, and already my wife says my pecs feel bigger and my paunch feels smaller. I think I’m on the way to having 6-pack for the first time in over 15 years. Without fittit I probably would have burned out and gone back to donuts by now.
